Booty Builder Station 2.0 is a must for every gym as it provides a dedicated area on the training floor for those wanting to do one of the most popular exercises today in the gym, that being barbell hip thrust.
Booty Builder Station 2.0 offers the best of both worlds! Its patented raised feet design has you thrusting directly upwards to isolate the glutes and hamstrings and taking the dominant quads out of the movement as well as a providing a deeper range of movement for better results. Or you can easily slide the foot platform out of the way on its linear bearing rails for your traditional barbell hip thrust with feet on the ground to work a different range of muscles.
With its relocatable band pegs the Station 2.0 can also be used for 100’s of resistance band exercises, both upper and lower body. The resistance band hip thrust is not only more comfortable and easier to set up than traditional barbell hip thrust, with the added top end resistance when using resistance bands you can get the ultimate glute burn.
