Stair Master failed to power on less than 2 days of it being assembled. Unbelievably bad customer service. Nobody picks up the phone and nobody replies to emails. Only way I got through was by looking up a Facebook page, and after that phone call the number was removed. Good job I did a screen shot of it. Won’t recommend this company to ANYBODY.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to see it is a negative one so i would like to respond.
In relation to the customer service, we agree. We had some issues with our phone lines during recent weather events and it was causing some intermittent issues on the day you called. We did have the office mobile present on our social media page where i am happy you was able to get in touch. Correct, we've updated the information to show our customer facing number where customers can reach us. Since you've been in touch we have responded promptly.
In relation to the stairmaster. You was having difficulties with assembly of the product which is why you reached out to us as you needed an engineer to visit. We do offer installation services at point of delivery which was not requested on this order. We therefore wanted to assist without causing any additional costs to you by providing you with an installation video. This appears to have helped you get the product assembled and as you stated was working for 2 days.
You have shared with us images of a damaged cable which appears to have been worn by the tread during operation. It is evident that the cables falling vertically behind the tread that the strainrelief zip ties on the right hand bracket have been removed during the assembly process you have undertaken. We can provide an image where the full packaged goods with the serial number to show how it has been shipped with this in place if you wish.
We have offered to try and go through the warranty procedure for you with the manufacturer and we're in the process of doing that for you. We explained earlier today that we were looking to do that to avoid any additional cost to yourself due to missassembly and want to support you. We received the images requested at 4:30 today. I understand it can be stressful when something expensive is not working and we are actively working on this solution for you.
I believe this review is an unfair respresentation of us as a company and it is disappointing to see after the support we're providing you.

Adam was a delight to deal with, stairmaster was delivered and installed when expected. Fantastic quality.
Perfect for my home gym, wanted one for awhile and I am very happy with the 4g model. Adam was a delight to deal with.
Bought early November and had delivery on Tuesday. Lovely bit of kit. I know this is for home use only but it feels like a proper commercial grade machine on a slightly smaller footprint.
Dealt with Adam in the customer team who is an absolute stand out chap. Very friendly, informative and not pushy. He really wanted to make sure I was happy with everything first.
Definitely come back to you guys for more stuff in the future
I spent ages trying to workout if I could get a stair master at home, the one I used in the gym was very high. In comes the 4g for the win. After speaking to Adam, I found out this is perfect for home use and built to operate at a lower height!

Only used it for about 2 hours in total for upcoming training so far, quality is superb. Very happy.
