The intuitive colour coded and spring loaded pull-pin adjustments make it easy to use, while the durable high density cushion is covered in stitched vinyl for comfort. The bench is angled -15 degrees for effective muscle building, and features dual racking positions with molded urethane protectors to protect the bar from wear and reduce noise. It also has adjustable leg stabilization and dual bar holders to accommodate for users of all sizes, and 4 integrated weight-storage horns to hold multiple weight-plate sizes.
