Description
The Attack Fitness Plate-Loaded range of leverage machines have been designed to work in the natural motion of the body, optimising the isolation of the intended muscle groups. Each machine converges or diverges in a movement that replicates the natural motion of the body, guaranteeing maximum muscle contraction during exercise. Crafted with an oversized 4x2-inch frame, welded in all structural areas with 11 and 8-gauge steel, the machines are finished with a high quality electrostatic powder coat finish that is highly resistant to chips and scratches. The intuitive colour coded, highly durable industrial-grade seat adjustments and large, ergonomic rubber adjustment paddles make it easy to adjust the machine to fit all sizes of user. The durable high density cushion is covered in stitched vinyl, and the high quality PVC grip with aluminium collars provide a comfortable and secure grip. The stainless steel plate holders and high density PVC foot guards protect the finish, and the integrated stainless plate storage bars avoid scratches. The convenient exercise placards can be viewed from a seated position, offering a quick reference to targeted muscle groups and proper machine use.
