The Attack Strength Vertical Knee Raise is a must-have for any gym, with its metal parts, coated handles, easy to use seat adjustment mechanisms, and durable high density cushion covered in stitched vinyl. It features a compact design that allows users to perform dips, chin-ups, leg raises and ab crunch, and dual function support pad for both vertical knee raise and ab crunch exercises. The angled arm rests offer stable positioning for vertical knee raise exercises, and the frame is protected with high density PVC foot guards, chromed plate holders and bar supports.
