Description
Bender Balls allow you to work your core in ways you couldn’t otherwise achieve. With a regular crunch on the floor, for example, you can only go forward. Using a Bender Ball, you can extend back and flex forward and also work on stability – the Lesslee Bender’s Selective Stabilization™ method.
They allow you to crank up the intensity to suit your level and the exercise you’re doing, with a wide variety of options to effectively target all the core muscles.
Included in each pack is an instructional DVD and manual, unlocking a world of targeted exercises and expert guidance to maximise the benefits of the Bender Ball.
Choose between a Bender Ball Small Club Kit (12 balls) or Large Club Kit (25 balls). Both come with a heavy-duty nylon bag with strap, for storage and transportation, and are perfect for small group training and group classes.
During use, the balls should be firm but offer some give when pressed.
