Exigo Assisted Glute Ham Developer (GHD)
The Exigo Plate Loaded Assisted Glute Ham Developer builds the glutes but also works the hamstrings, calves, and lower back to effectively develop the posterior chain. It has been designed with a counter balanced arm that can be used to assist the user or positioned out of the way for unassisted exercise. It features multiple adjustments to provide several starting positions and to set up the user correctly, side handles are also included to offer additional support. This machine is made with 100x50x3mm Flat Sided Oval and is fully commercial with a lifetime warranty on the main frame.
