FLOWIN Friction Training is a revolutionary body weight based, result oriented training concept developed by Swedish decathletes. It is designed to effectively target the upper, lower body and core in group exercise classes, small group training and individual training. FLOWIN offers two models: the FLOWIN PRO for professional use, and the more flexible, portable and ease-to-store FLOWIN SPORT.
The FLOWIN PRO is a non-rollable board, intended for daily high-frequency use in gyms, fitness centers, and rehab institutions. It includes a manual, two foot pads, two hand pads, and one knee pad. Club packages including education are also available. The board is easy to store and has a length of 1380mm and width of 980mm, weighing 6.0kg. It is made in Sweden.
The FLOWIN SPORT is a rollable board, designed for spontaneous use. It includes a voucher with instructions on how to access all exercise content online, a manual, two foot pads, two hand pads, one knee pad, and a travel carry bag. It should only be used on even, horizontal surfaces, preferably hard floors. The board has a length of 1380mm and width of 980mm, weighing 3kg. It is also made in Sweden.
