The 28mm grip Chin-Up Bar Attachment is rated to 150kg and won't stop the muscle-ups. The 5mm thick steel brace plates on all uprights and 17mm diameter holes spaced at 7mm in bench press area and 35mm throughout the rest of the upright make this power rack a reliable and durable piece of equipment. The HELIX Freestanding Power Rack is finished in JORDAN Black with a Matte Powder finish and an aluminium JORDAN logo plate.
