Description
The Jordan Olympic Weightlifting Technique Plates are designed for use with an Olympic platform and are constructed from a combination of nylon and plastic. The plates are available as individual 5kg and 2.5kg discs and can be used with an aluminium bar. The outer diameter of the plates is 450mm, which is in line with IWF standards, and the diameter of the inner hole is 50.4mm.
These light weight technique discs are designed for correct technique and are durable due to their one piece construction. They are suitable for both home and commercial use and come with a 12 month warranty. However, it is important to note that these plates should not be dropped from height if used without technique or training rubber discs.
