Description
The Karnage Fitness 20KG Adjustable Weighted Vest is built to enhance strength, conditioning, endurance, and functional training while maintaining exceptional comfort during movement. Designed with a custom-moulded ergonomic structure, the vest distributes load evenly across the torso to reduce pressure on the shoulders and upper back.
Each vest includes 20 solid iron weight blocks that can be evenly positioned throughout the body, allowing precise control over resistance while maintaining balance during running, HIIT, calisthenics, and strength training. The padded internal lining and secure, close-to-body fit ensure the vest stays stable during high-intensity movement without restriction.
