Description
The Karnage Cast Iron Clubbell is a rugged, functional training tool designed to build rotational power, grip strength, shoulder resilience, and full-body control. Inspired by traditional combat and strength disciplines, the clubbell challenges stabilising muscles and coordination in ways conventional weights cannot.
Manufactured from solid one-piece cast iron, each clubbell features a tapered, offset weight design that forces the body to work harder through swings, mills, cleans, presses, and rotational drills.
