The Karnage Multi-Grip Lat Pulldown Attachment is a premium cable accessory designed to dramatically expand the versatility of any lat pulldown or cable machine. With four integrated neutral-grip handle positions, this single attachment allows you to target the lats, upper back, biceps, forearms, and grip from multiple angles—without constantly changing handles.
Each grip is precision-knurled with a medium diamond texture to deliver secure, confident control during heavy sets. The neutral handle positions are spaced at 12”, 23.5”, 35”, and 46”, allowing you to shift emphasis between wide lat engagement, mid-back thickness, and arm involvement.
Constructed from heavy-duty steel and finished in a durable black powder coat, the attachment is built to withstand repeated commercial use. Whether performing lat pulldowns, seated rows, or cable pulls, this is a must-have upgrade for any serious strength setup.
