The Karnage ProFlexa Premium EPDM Black Flooring Tiles are our most advanced gym flooring solution—engineered for commercial facilities and premium home gyms that demand maximum durability, performance, and comfort.
Crafted with a fine granule recycled rubber base and a high-density SBR + EPDM top layer, these tiles deliver superior strength while maintaining a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. Unlike traditional flooring, the seamless finish prevents dirt, chalk, and liquids from building up, ensuring hygiene and minimal maintenance.
Designed for high-traffic environments, these tiles provide exceptional shock absorption, anti-slip properties, and impact resistance—making them perfect for weight training areas, functional zones, and high-volume gyms. The material is tested for sound improvement of 24 dB and reduces force by 61%, creating a quieter, vibration-free training space that protects both equipment and flooring.
Available in 15 mm and 20 mm thickness options, the Karnage ProFlexa EPDM tiles are built to withstand dropped weights, absorb impact, and deliver a safe, stable training surface. With temperature resistance from -30°C to +80°C, UV protection, and chemical resistance, these tiles perform in any environment.
