he Karnage Stratos Cable Crossover is a large-scale premium selectorised cable system engineered for maximum versatility, exceptional stability, and high-performance functional training. Built on a reinforced commercial-grade frame, this unit maintains complete structural rigidity even under heavy loads—eliminating sway, vibration, or movement during intense workouts to ensure safety and consistency.
Its expansive working area and multi-grip pull-up bar allow athletes to incorporate back, core, and functional upper-body training with a wide variety of grip angles, accommodating everything from wide-grip pull-ups to narrow, neutral, and rotational movements.
At the heart of the system is a high-precision pulley mechanism offering up to 38 height adjustment positions, enabling seamless high, mid, and low cable training. This allows users to execute a full spectrum of strength, hypertrophy, and functional patterns—from cable flyes and rows to rotational work, athletic drills, and corrective training.
Dual 105 kg weight stacks (117.5 kg max each) provide balanced, smooth resistance for unilateral or bilateral movements, supporting both beginner-friendly load progression and advanced athletic performance.
