The 3.0 HP AC with magna drive motor control ensures a smooth workout whilst being extremely energy efficient. The 12-mph maximum speed and 15 percent maximum incline means users can achieve an intense and effective workout and the Flex Deck shock absorption system reduces stress on the knees and joints by 30 percent which decreases the chance of injury.
INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY
The Life Fitness Active Series Treadmill uses Life Pulse digital heart rate monitoring hand sensors which are conveniently placed on the Ergo bars to provide accurate heart rate monitoring. The Life Fitness Active Series Treadmill also offers polar Telemetry hands free heart rate monitoring with their optional chest strap. The Life Fitness Active Series Treadmill has an Intuitive console which gives clear and simple instructions for a quick start up or a choice of pre-programmed workouts.
WORKOUT PROGRAMS
There are 9 different programmed offered, quick start, manual, random, hill, cardio, fat burn, fit test, WFI Submax Protocol and customized cool down. The Intuitive console also helps users track their progress through screen readouts of their speed, incline, heart rate, pace, elapsed time, distance, distance climbed, calories, calories per hour, watts, METs, language preference and workout profile. The Life Fitness Active Series Treadmill is one of the most energy efficient pieces of fitness equipment on the market due to its self-powered function.
