Description
The Nautilus Arm Crunch is the perfect addition to any fitness facility. With a design inspired by the graceful, natural motions of the human body, HumanSport® offers a truly unique and human way of conditioning. This dual-function, cable-based machine acts as twelve workout stations by utilizing dual weight stacks to provide a wide range of total body training. The adjustable lumbar pads provide stabilization for abdominal movements, while the abdominal crunch straps can be used for overhead triceps extension. The Nautilus Arm Crunch is wheelchair accessible and can be used for multiple arm curling motions pronated, supinated and hammer curls. With a variety of included programming designed by our own Master Trainers, HumanSport makes a powerful addition to any facility.
