The Throwdown FXD Bench is the perfect addition to any group training space. With its solid construction and jack leaver, it is rugged enough for step ups and box jumps and can be moved effortlessly. The dual articulating bench provides an easy transition from horizontal to seated incline, and every position in between. It also contains plenty of storage space for fitness accessories. The platform height is 16.9” | 42.9cm to maintain your base in the push and pull positions, while optimizing step-up and glute training.
