The Eau-Me Board features a water-filled tank that dynamically reacts to your movement, adding an extra dimension to your balance and core stability workouts.
Add extra challenges to squats, sit-ups, lunges, and push-ups. The water-filled base causes just the right amount of instability to encourage your body to engage stabilizing muscles, promoting better coordination and more core strength. Large muscle groups are engaged, intensifying your workout. We recommend placing the Eau-Me Board on an exercise mat.
Measuring 64 cm in diameter and crafted with a footplate made of high-grade, stained wood veneer, the Eau-Me Board’s base is of sturdy polycarbonate and filled with approx. 6.5 l of water.
