Available in four colour-coded lengths, our Speed Ropes are suitable for users of all heights. The 7ft rope is perfect for kids (up to 4ft in height); the 8ft rope is for juniors (up to 4 ft 10 in); the 9ft rope is for adults up to approximately 5 ft 9 in, while taller adults (5 ft 10 in+) can choose the 10ft rope.
