Supaflex X-Bands are a dynamic and customisable solution whether you’re looking to enhance muscle strength, enable stretches or support rehabilitation exercises.
These rolls of resistance band can be cut to length and used to enhance and support a wide range of Pilates, rehabilitation and other stretching exercises, promoting muscle activation, joint stability and improved flexibility.
Available in four different resistances, they can accommodate various fitness levels and exercise intensities. They bring targeted resistance to every movement, enhancing muscle engagement and promoting gradual, controlled development.

Supaflex X-Bands are manufactured from latex for greater elasticity, resistance and longer life.
These 15m (16.25-yard) Supaflex X-Bands make 10 x 1.5m lengths, although note that many exercises require no more than 90cm.
