Description
This is the top of the line home Power Plate unit. It comes with a sturdy console, which you can hold onto during your workout. Also features a display screen with over 1000 different workouts.
The my7 features an integrated LCD touchscreen with Functional Interactive Training (F.I.T.) software, taking you effectively through every stage of your Power Plate workout.
The Power Plate my7 also features retractable resistance handles, which allows you to conduct resistance training while you are on the Plate.
