The my7 features an integrated LCD touchscreen with Functional Interactive Training (F.I.T.) software, taking you effectively through every stage of your Power Plate workout.
The Power Plate my7 also features retractable resistance handles, which allows you to conduct resistance training while you are on the Plate.
