Train like an Olympian with the Olympic Training Technique Weight Plate. This plate is designed to IWF standard with a 45cm diameter and is available in 2.5kg and 5kg options. The 2.5kg plate is 50mm thick and the 5kg plate is 77mm thick, both made with durable lightweight Polyethylene. This plate is sold individually and is suitable for commercial use, however it is not designed to be dropped from height. The two-year warranty applies to full commercial gyms and functional fitness boxes for indoor use only.
