The bar has no centre knurl, with dual classic knurling for Power and Olympic lifts and is warrantied for being dropped when used with quality bumper plates. The bar has a good flex/whip for weight-lifting and will always spring back perfectly. The Ionised black finish offers a great patina overtime.
