The console features a large blue LED matrix, a 20-character LED message centre, an LED heart rate bar, tablet-friendly reading rack, and a turbo cooling fan. You can track your progress in real-time with data such as time, resistance level, distance, calories, RPM, program name, watts, METs, laps, speed, and heart rate. Heart rate monitoring is available through contact and telemetric options (heart rate strap not included).
The 13.5kg flywheel system ensures smooth, silent strides with a 20" stride length. The sturdy frame is constructed from heavy-gauge high-strength steel with a durable powder-coat paint finish. It is space-efficient at 78" x 28" x 67" and weighs 240 lbs (109 kg). It supports users up to 450 lbs (205 kg), offering stability for a wide range of individuals.
Program variety is extensive: Hill, Fat Burn, Cardio, Strength, Interval, Custom, and fitness tests like the Gerkin Protocol and 6 Readiness Tests. Heart Rate programs aim to maintain 3-5 heartbeats of your target heart rate. Manual and Constant Power modes provide further versatility.
