Introducing the Primal Farmers Walk Handles, designed for strongman training, carry and upper body grip work. These heavy-duty handles are one-piece welds and can carry loads of up to 250kg per handle. The sleeves are 50mm diameter for Olympic discs only and the handles come with Olympic spring collars. They are powder coated in matte black and the handles have an aggressive knurl to support your grip.
