The Pro Series Swiss Olympic Bar is the perfect multi-purpose bar for any gym, PT studio or home. With both narrow and wide-grip neutral pressing handles, as well as angled-grip pressing handles, this bar is great for chest and triceps pressing exercises, hammer curls, forward shoulder raises and neutral-grip, bent-over rows. The neutral grip is designed to reduce stress on the shoulder muscles when performing heavy presses. The bar has a Matte Nero powder-coated finish and is suitable with all Olympic-sized discs. The Commercial Swiss Olympic Bar has a 3-year weld warranty and a 1-year bar warranty, and is capable of holding up to 200kg.
